After upgrading from Windows 7 Ultimate from Home Premium, I cannot locate the task manager.

Just upgraded online to Win 7 Ultimate from Win 7 Home Premium.
Now find i cannot run taskmgr as error message states file cannot be located.
Scanned everything no problems reported.
