ArcSoft ShowBiz will not open 'incompatible application'

So I got a Hauppauge HD PVR Gaming Edition and it comes with the software ArcSoft ShowBiz which you need to record your gaming stuff.
So it was all working fine until the 28/12/11 when I clicked on the shortcut and it just wouldn't open? I tried running
on administrator and it still didn't work.
I have also restored my computer and still nothing.
Also I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it 3 times and still nothing! I have searched the internet and found nothing so this is my last hope.
Funny thing is my
sister has exactly the same laptop as me but it works on hers! 

P.S I have done the troubleshooter compatibility and still nothing.
Please help I really need an answer!
