i have run chkdsk with command prompt but it only runs in read only i want to use the /r and /f features says do you want to run chkdsk on startup i tick yes but chkdsk will not run at start..i have scheduled chkdsk to run using iolo sys mechanic too but
chkdsk will not run on start nomatter what i schedule drive C: is locked how do i unlock also system  restore  is not working it freezes up half way through and will not continue .i have run antivirus/malware and system scanner no virus or malware showing
