Computer does not go to sleep automatically.

Have a Dell Inspiron with Windows 7 64bit.
I can manually activate the Sleep from Start and it works fine but it will not do it automatically.
Triple check power settings; ran three times and then removed the anit-virus and anti malware programs; ran Glary
Util and CCleaner to clean Registry several times; have pc on auto Windows & drivers update; ran powercfg -requests on cmd.exe to see what may be stopping it it and it said none.
Have read all there is on the internet and found nothing else I could do.
Please let me know how I can find out how I can make it work - sleep and or hibernate.
