can't stay on the internet?

when I start my internet (firefox) it takes different times, but then the window freezes and the internet disapears.
it says down in the bar that I have internet, but I don't!

When I turn the internet off, it can't connect?

can anybody help me?

Machine Throttling

• Click the Start button.
• In the Search box, type "regedit" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• Look for the following registry key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions".
• On the right window pane, delete the subkey: "Machine Throttling".
• Reboot your computer.
