Creating a specific type of document

I need to ccreate a document with multiple text boxes & within each text box there are multiple headings which need to remain fixed and have a fixed number of Characters after each heading, can I do this in word

In general, it sounds like what you want to do is design a form.
Personally I prefer tables to text boxes, but ...

The maximum number of input characters is a little harder to do.
I goes against the fundamental assumptions used to build word

Machine Throttling

Click the Start button.
In the Search box, type "regedit" (without quotes) and press Enter.
Look for the following registry key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions".
On the right window pane, delete the subkey: "Machine Throttling".
Reboot your computer.
