Hi,

I want touse mailmerge to do the following: i have the excel in this format:
username managername   groupname
dave         abba                admin
eric           abba                admin, user
michele     sue                  admin
chasse       kevin                user

now i want to use mailmerge to send emails to the managers(in this case Abba, sue, kevin) giving them the other 2 columns details about their reports only. the problem here is becase abba is repeated twice...i dont want to send her 2 emails either.
can
i send her just one email with her reports details in a table to some other format?

how cani do this? is this possible?

Download the Microsoft Windows ISO (installation device) from the following website:
