There is a 4 minute dely when I attempt to compose new, reply to, or forward hotmail messages or o.w.a.
outlook messages. I can open and read, but have been unable to solve this problem for weeks. I've downloaded all current updates, deactivated security
and virus protections and uninstalled ie9 back to ie 8. Any Suggestions? O.S.
is Windows 7.

For a time there was also a remarkable delay in opening MSN videos. Once this has become active on a given tab, I then have no more delay working with subsequent messages in the same tab.

Please give your advise. This just began some time after I installed i.e.
9, but I also have pc tools registry mechanic and CA antivirus active on my system.
