THEN WINDOWS RECOVERS FROM UNEXPECTED  SHUT DOWN.
AND AUTOMATICALLY  BEGINS STARTUP REPAIR .THIS HAS BECOME A REGULAR FEATURE OF MY COMPTER (WINDOWS7 
HOME BASIC) ..
BUT IN CASE OF OTHER TYPE OF SCANS PERFORMED BY THE SAID QHIS13, THE SAID PROBLEM DOES NOT ARISE.  BUT IN CASE OF BOOT TIME SCAN(JUST AFTER COPLETION) IT REPORTING AS FOLLOWS-

This issue could occur if the antivirus program is not properly installed on the computer or if it is not updated with latest updates.
 
I would suggest you to install the latest updates for the security software and check if it helps.

Important: While performing check disk on the hard drive if any bad sectors are found on the hard drive when check disk tries to repair that sector if any data available on that might be lost.
